I'm excited about my newest book Ani's Raw Food Essentials, available everywhere by May 3rd. It's a huge hard cover book with over 250 recipes. It's printed in 2 color, like Ani's Raw Food Kitchen. A fun time was had in the kitchen preparing 8 dishes for my workshop on Sunday Jan 24, 2010 at Mom Tri's Villa Royale. Sylvie (in black) is the PR manager who made this all happen. With my language barrier...the kitchen staff finally understood that none of my food was being heated or cooked. Here I show them how to make Garden Pate filled Nori Rolls. Sylvie and I toasted to another great day in the kitchen with coconut water! I was in heaven in Thailand with all the Thai baby coconuts. And the chefs are super fast at opening them up and getting the meat out....amazing.
