6th annual NetKal Gala at USC was last night, and was attended by over 500 Koreans and Korean Americans in the entertainment industry including Lisa Ling, Ken Mok, Jane Cha, James Kyson-Lee, and Roy Choi.

On tour for "Ani's Raw Food Asia" in Los Angeles, CA at Erewhon Natural Food Store. It was a packed house. I demoed my Mushroom Bul Go Gi recipe in a Lettuce Wrap topped with a Gochugang Sauce. My raw food and vegan version of the traditional Korean dish.
