Watch Video: 4 min, 24 sec

In this video I’ll show you how to make a beautiful, delicious, refreshing ice cream using cashews with folded in pineapple, and shaped into a cake form. This raw food demo was recorded during my workshop at Mom Tri’s Villa Royale in Phuket, Thailand on January 24, 2010.

    Hi Ani,
Can I use chia seeds as a replacement of honey or agave to hold it together? I don’t want sugar or agave except truvia I’m okay with having for sweets, but that doesn’t hold the pie together. Thank you! Shoshannah

Ani–This recipe looks interesting, and I’d like to try it, but my question is regarding the coconut oil. Whenever I try to use it in smoothies, all I get are “chunks” of coconut oil. I love coconut, but the chunks in the smoothie are just not tastey! I have a Vita Mix that I use. What else can I do?

Question about coconut oil; in this video Ani poured coconut oil like it was olive oil; I have only found coconut oil in paste form and that is all I see on Ani’s eshop site. Any direction where to purchase liquid coconut oil?
