Most of these recipes are inspired from food I make for myself everyday. They are fast to whip up in your blender or food processor with easy to find ingredients. I always prefer organic, local, and seasonal whole foods. All of my recipes are always vegan, raw and uncooked, and use only fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds.
