In this book, I break down recipes to the simplest of ingredients. Then, I show you how to build from there to make variations and different flavors. I hope you’ll enjoy my new raw food book! Can’t wait t hear what you think about it.

    the layout is simple and easy to follow – very accessible. the recipes look divine. and i just flipped to the center photo spread – it’s so luscious and beautiful i’m salivating even after eating a big meal;)

    Love the style and presentation of this, full of ideas for neewbies. Best of the raw food books and have I tried most. Can someone please post instructions on how to prepare the fruit and vegetables for measuring cups, do you dice or slice and what size, I live in the UK and we don’t measure this way.

    I’m so worried about the way our children are heading in nowadays. Watching Jamie Olivers food revolution on tv the other day scared the thingies out of me. I suggest we all start cooking some healthy recipes like these at home if we’re going to fix this horrible situation. The ones on that site seem pretty easy, I tried last night and it’s the first time my family has eaten well in ages, I just feel great.
