Hi Ani, I hope everything is going great for you. I just have a question for you. Do you think organic is better for you? Also what about juicing? I’m a former Vegan, I became a vegan 2007 to lose weight for a marathon. I did a vegan diet for a yr. I pattern this after Brendan Brazier for a better overall fitness. How ironic I heard you discuss something that I experience, about not getting enough rest. I remember telling my friends I notice not feeling bogged down after not getting a lot of rest after being a vegan. Has supposed to eating meat and feeling bogged down while not getting rest.
