This is absolutely the most delicious and satisfying miso soup I have every tasted, raw or cooked. Trying your chili tomorrow, and if it is this good, I am buying all of your books immediately!
I just made this soup and it is soooo good. Thank you for all of your great recipes and tips to eating raw. I really appreciate your creativity.
Both the Miso Soup and spring rolls are a delight. Just finished the soup for lunch. mm mm good.
Have loved every Ani recipe so far.
Is your “Vitamix create cookbook” available to purchase also. I already have a vitamix and would love to get this cookbook.
Found this recipe in the live-fresh book which came with the vitamix. It listed the option of using 1/2-cup (up to) 1-cup of Olive oil. We chose 1/2-cup — The taste of the soup is wonderful, but we won’t be doing this one too often because of the high fat content. We used the left-overs as a sauce for our steamed veggies and brown rice.
